Green Bean Casserole


Yield: 6 servings


4 cups cooked cut green beans (or two cans of salt-free green beans)\

2 cans of cream of mushroom soup

1/4-1/2 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/3 cups French fried onions



Stir the soup, milk, beans, salt, pepper and 1/3 cup fried onions in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining fried onions and bake another 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
